4 beds on 4 different wards in 7 days is very disappointing.. Limiting continuity of care.. Nursing staff very busy and some more caring than others. Consultant Dr Cram very efficient and caring.

i was an emergancy patient and from the moment i arrived then left 2 days later i was treated with the uttmost care and attention from all teams but i do want to add the nite teams were fantastic above what i was expecting

The nursing and reception staff were all very caring and helpful. The staff were all cheerful and happy. Fantastic atmosphere to be in as a patient as the staff really boost your moral.

Nursing care was very good. careful explanations were carried out. Waiting time on the day was minimal. I did find one member of reception staff quite abrupt and not particulary approachable.

A good hospital, very clean at out-patients dept,i was greated pleasently on arrival and seen on time ,all staff were very friendly.

The outpatient department was very clean and clearly signposted. I seen 2 nurses and a student nurse and the 3 of them treated me perfectly. They explained what they were doing and when I was getting blood taken i was constantly asked if I was ok.

Been to Wishaw General Hospital before I have been diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis and there I was treated verry well.
